Sinopsis

This anime tells of two teenagers who are born and live in different places. Mitsuha is a high school girl 

living in a rural area in the mountains. 
His father who rarely returned home made Mitsuha only live with his grandmother and sister who were still in elementary school. 

the city of Tokyo. 

In his daily life, he spends time playing with his friends and working part time at an Italian restaurant.

He is also interested in art and architecture.

One day they experienced a strange experience where Mitsuha dreamed of herself becoming a man.

And on the contrary, Taki dreams of being a woman living in a mountainous area that she never visited.
